Provincetown Poetry & Literary Arts Festival
The Provincetown Poetry & Literary Arts Festival is a celebration of National Poetry Month. The Cape Cod Poets Theater celebrates Provincetown and Cape Cod
as a national center for supporting poetry and literary arts, both historically and into the future. The Provincetown Poetry & Literary Arts Festival's
financial agent is The Provincetown Community Compact. Donations to the festival can be made through the Compact. Please visit our donations page for details.
The Cape Cod Poets Theater wishes to extend a very warm "Thank You!" to The Lobster Pot and Lip TV, along with our other sponsors, for making this year's
Festival possible.
Who, What When, Where
A variety of events at venues all over Provincetown (and areas near-by), are coming together daily.
Our venues include The Provincetown Theater, WOMR, The Art House, Napi's Restaurant, The Mews, Grace Gouveia Building, The Unitarian Universalist Meeting House and the Provincetown Library.
Events include workshops, open mics, performance poetry, Favorite Poem readings, musical poetry, and a teen event hosted by last year's teen slam champion. Featured poets come from all age groups and all areas of the Cape and beyond.
